Issue 

Error while saving a new location "FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-29273". See screenshot below.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Oracle Applications and go to responsibility 'Projects - Vision Services'.

2. Navigate to Setup > Resources and Organizations > Work Structures > Define Locations

3. Create a new location and save the record. Error appears.

Resolution

1. Upon investigation it was found that the Vision environment automatically populates system profile 'IRC: Geocode Host' with value 'http://elocation.oracle.com/elocation/lbs' (see screenshot below).

2. Simply remove this value by going to System Administrator responsibility > System > Profile. And then query system profile 'IRC: Geocode Host' and remove any value at site level.

3. Retest by creating a new location. The error wouldn't appear now.
