Issue

Unable to see Tax Jurisdiction as Geography field do not show any list of values. This is despite the fact that Geography has been created previously. See screenshot below.

Resolution

Step 1 - First check whether the Regime To Rate flow was followed to create the Regime, Tax, Tax Status and Tax Rate. Out of these four Regime and Tax must be created.

Step 2 - While creating the Tax make sure you give the values for 'Geography Type' and 'Parent Geography Type' as 'COUNTRY' (see screenshot).

Step 3 - Now go back and create the Jurisdiction. Make sure you all Tax Regime Code, Tax and Geography Type field prior to selecting values from Geography Name field.
